ORDER STEPS

Steps to make e-shopping:

1. You can shop quickly on our site by becoming a member or without becoming a member.

4. You can buy the products in your cart in 4 different ways. Cash payment by credit card, installment payment by credit card, discounted payment by money order, payment at the door.
After choosing the payment method, the detail screen appears according to the payment method you have chosen. After entering the requested data, click on the "Buy" button.

5. If you are going to make the payment by credit card; when you confirm the order, the information reaches the network processing mechanism (SSL) through a special pass over the internet where the banks that make the payment or receive the payment approve or reject this transaction. If your credit card information is valid, your order is accepted. The fee for the products you purchase reaches us through the bank. If the order is completed positively, an e-mail containing information about the order is sent to the customer. The purchased product is delivered to the person who will receive the order by one of the previously agreed reliable cargo companies selected by the customer, in return for showing an ID.

6. At the end of these processes, the system will automatically give you an order number and direct it to the order tracking module. This number must be recorded in order to perform payment and order tracking transactions later.

7. You can check the status of your orders at any time with the help of the order tracking module.

STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT

The online Distance Sales Contract between gabbiadenim.com and the buyer regarding the product or service you purchased will be sent to you together with the order confirmation e-mail. These documents will also be stored in gabbiadenim.com records.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS

In case of a dispute regarding the consumer complaint, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts. The monetary limits regarding the duty and authority of the consumer arbitration committees to handle the disputes;

1 - District Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes under 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras,

2 - In the provinces with metropolitan status, the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees shall decide on disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras.

3 - Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes under 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in the centres of provinces that are not metropolitan cities,

4 - In the districts of the provinces that do not have metropolitan status, the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent in disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras.

For disputes above these values, applications are made to consumer courts, not consumer arbitration committees. The competent authority is the consumer arbitration committee and consumer courts where the consumer is located or where the consumer transaction is made.

In case of dispute, you can also resort to all alternative dispute resolution methods accepted in our country, such as arbitration and mediation.

It is known that alternative dispute resolution methods are faster, more economical and more effective. Applying to these methods will not eliminate your right to apply for legal remedies.
